In your groups you will be researching important information about your the Australan Reptile that your group has been given.
You will be required to find:
The Reptiles scientific name
The Reptiles general name
What size they generally grow to
Where they live/ can be found? What type of habitat do they live in?
What their diet consists of? What do they eat commonly eat?
What is their reproduction cycle?
What do they look like? list their features.
At the end of you exploration you will bring all the information you have found together and work as a group to present what you have found to the class in the form of a 'MISSING' poster.
Your 'MISSING' posters should include:
The findings from the research you have conducted
An image/ detailed drawing of the Reptile
Any additional information that you think will be important to note down, e.g.
- if your animal is known to be 'aggressive' this should be noted down so that people are made aware they should be careful/ not approach the animal etc
